Sessions off property will have an added fee for travel time and expense.

Private Sessions

WAYMIRE STUDIO for the Performing Arts offers both private and semi-private sessions for adults and children. Payment for private coaching is made to Linda Waymire prior to beginning of the first lesson.

Parents are not required to stay on property during private sessions. However, WAYMIRE STUDIO for the Performing Arts has an “observation” room available for parents wishing to stay during the lesson.

Audit Procedures Audits

Privacy

Due to the intense nature of some of our classes, we do not open our classes up to the “general public”. We assure our students a safe working environment and encourage openness and risk taking in the work. In order to maintain the integrity of our classes, we require a $45 fee to audit. We have found that the integrity of our classes is better served by only allowing potential students who are willing to commit by way of payment to audit. Audit fee is not refundable and cannot be applied to any tuition. It is our goal to keep our classes affordable for the students who make the commitment for an entire session. There is no audit on first day of any session. Audits are only allowed mid session and only for sessions that are 6 or 8 weeks long.

Note: There are no audits allowed in any GUT REACTING ™ classes or workshops.

Attendance and Tardiness

Class attendance is not optional. Successful completion of any class is based on attendance, timeliness and professional ability, in addition to a student’s growth and ability. Outside preparation is expected. Excessive absence or tardiness is grounds for dismissal. If you are dismissed due to excessive absence or tardiness, NO REFUND will be given.

*Do not send cash via regular mail. Make arrangements to drop payment off if you’re paying in cash.

50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to confirm reservation.

Balance of tuition is due on or before first class of the session.

There are no refunds once the session has begun.

NOTE:  Week to week payments must be made in cash or check only.  Credit cards only accepted on full session price.
If you are a “pay as you go” student, payment is required each week and must be cash or check.
NO credit cards accepted for “pay as you go” program.

(RETURNED CHECKS FEE: $25 + amt of check)

NOTE: E.Stein Commercial Technique – Payment is due each week once you are registered and class has begun
unless you have paid in advance (10% discount for advance payment of entire session). Payment of $45 is due weekly.  If you notify instructor of planned absences (limit 2), you will only have to pay $20 for missed
class.  Students who cancel within 24 hours of class time are responsible for full weekly payment of $45 for the missed class.  Students on the “pay as you go” are required to pay for the entire session even if class is dropped.  Payment can be applied to another class within 6 months of dropping on the E. Stein Technique only.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Adult Classes

Sessions run either 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Classes are held either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings from 7-10 pm. or Saturdays afternoons. Most classes rotate every 6 – 8 weeks. Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Classes available.

Kids & Teen Classes

The mission of our kids and teen classes is to teach children what they need to know in order to survive in this very competitive business. We strive to build self-confidence and guide our students towards success in any future endeavors they may have. Our students learn in a fun and supportive environment. (Kids and Teens on Saturdays – Weekday kids’ classes available periodically and during summer months) Most Kids and Teen sessions are 6 or 8 weeks long.
